Ordering and delivery very easy and quick. Product rating maybe 2 stars out of 5. I took this on a 10 day ride through the Himalayas where we put in 8 to 10hrs of seat time everyday. Lost it on the 4th day. It didn’t really make a difference. Maybe it works for the one or two hour a day rider. It fit well and the Velcro straps and hooks worked well. It eventually fell off on the rough gravel/rock roads we were on. So 4 days with it and 6 days without it. No difference.

Good service Seat pad is just okay I did not notice much improvement over the production seat using just a sheepskin cover. I purchased the seat with the sheepskin cover it’s good to keep the seat cooler. I do like the way the seat is easily attached to the motorcycle

the product is fine, it works ok. although the name.... minus 2-4 stars. I guess you guys tried to take the "Shake Weight" title huh? WELL anyway, I pretty much don't tell any of my friends what it's called. just told em it was something i ordered off amazon, there's all kinds of em. Ha

It is well made, and stays in place by itself and can be made more permanent with the provided clips and straps. Shipping was fast and email communication was excellent from the seller. However, as far as the pad I really didn’t get the relief I was hoping for as far as not having issue such as numbness and ache with being on the seat for long rides on our 2023 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. I even had my wife use it in one of our recent rides and she felt the same that it was good / ok, but she expected more relief - especially for the price. Not a bad pad; just expected a little more “relief while on the seat for longer periods of time. I have many, many years of riding motorcycles and rode as a motorcycle officer for several years - so needless to say my “butt” is used to motorcycle seats; therefore, I will continue to test it out on future rides to see if I notice any improvement and reevaluate if there is any new info.

Shipping was quick product is as it was described and is a quality product. However it has not proven to be as fantastic for me as it has for others. I am looking for a cushion for a ride to Alaska, it is definitely an improvement over my regular seat and. this will be part of the solution but not the final solution.

It's a good concept but still has issues. It does not stay cool when the sun hits it. It burned my ass and thighs. I had to pull over and remove it because of the burning. The comfort was OK. Nothing to write home about. I wanted it to be great cause I have nerve damage but it wasn't. Unfortunately I will be returning it. Sorry.

I took a 1,000 bike trip, and tried numerous times to readjust the butt buffer, but it didn’t work for me. It felt hard, and I was unable to make it comfortable for me. I will be returning the item. It might work for others, not me.

Guess my expectations were too high. I have found the cushioning to be only fair. Removing the cushion every time you park is not practical as I had to run the straps all the way under the seat to secure the pad. I quickly learned that if left in the sun for any length of time the pad gets really warm and holds that heat for a long time. Overall I am pretty disappointed.
