I feel some changes but still some tiredness and feel my focus could be better

SEVERE SHIPPING DELAYS AND ZERO MEDICAL SUPPORT--UNRESPONSIVE AND UNSAFE: Extremely disappointed with my experience with Winona. Due to severe fulfillment and shipping delays, I was left without my prescribed hormone medication for an extended period of time---despite taking strictly as directed. Abruptly missing this medication caused me to suffer physical symptoms, including bleeding and spotting. To make matters worse, when I messaged the doctor regarding this issue, I received no response in a reasonable amount of time. Leaving pts without critical hormone treatment for over two weeks with zero medical communication is completely unsafe and unacceptable. I have cancelled my account and will be seeking care from an actual in-person doctor moving forward. I strongly urge others to be cautious before relying on this online service for essential health needs.

I was struggling with getting my doctors to take my symptoms seriously and as something more than aging. Luckily my Dr with Winona knows what women need to make it through this nightmare that is womanhood.

I find the products to be meh. I notice if I forget my regular multivitamin I feel worse even with treatment regardless. I haven't started having hot flashes yet, but the fatigue is only lessened a little. Brain fog hasn't really changed I find if I forget caffeine in the morning it doesn't help at all. I suffer from lichen simplex there is nothing to be helped about that i guess even though hormone balance is a large possibility with this to begin with . I see no changes there even adding otc cream etc. I asked about a topical and was told no so idk what exactly this product is supposed to enhance in my daily life. For the amount paid I don't see a benefit that can't be managed elsewhere. Easy to obtain, fast fulfillment and friendly care staff those are the positives.
