My experience with Optimize has been nothing but amazing so far! The membership structure is great and makes me stay on top of my health each quarter. My protocol felt very personalized to me and not just the common one size fits all approach many other companies do. The 1:1 Doctor call was great and we covered my current overall health and areas that could be improved.
