The ring does contain built-in magnets – though you might not feel a noticeable pull, the effects are more subtle and work through pressure points and magnetic stimulation over time. We’ve recently improved the design to make the ring easier to adjust, but some people do find it a bit stiff at first. It helps to gently warm it up in your hands before adjusting it slowly from the base rather than forcing the open ends. The magnets are embedded during production, not glued, and do vary slightly in appearance.
