Calmio is a great app for people who benefit from structured, daily prompts. I liked that you could check in daily for support and to set my intentions for the day. Customer service was quick and friendly too!

Just got started with the program already feels like a shift happening /looking forward to making some adjustments and having a coach that is nonjudgmental

Easy and feels like I’ll stick with it. I would have liked the opportunity to choose more options instead of just one when staying what i wish to achieve on Calmio

This app is easy to use and keeps me focused on keeping track of my emotions/anxiety. Much more effective than other similar apps. I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs assistance keeping it together.
