My experience with this company was very professional, kind, and patient. My bill was due and there was complications. I communicate with the company as I worked to get the issue resolved. They was very helpful and assured me they were willing to work with me. I appreciate them for the great customer service that was extended.

Makenzie was extremely helpful and efficient. She had my internet fixed within a day. She called multiple times for a follow-up and to check if everything was ok.
