Really dishonest marketing. Says you are getting snacks from around the world, but everything from my snack box was exclusively from Turkey. I contacted them about my disappointment but they didn’t respond.

My order was delivered in my mailbox without any cold packs and it's 94 degrees here. I haven't tried the products, but am waiting for them to chill first. Disappointed in shipping!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced so far. And it was my first and last order. I ordered 3 international coffee's and they only sent one. They didn't even contact me to inform me of this. I had to contact them. Then they acted all surprised that it happened and continued to lie and try to manipulate me into buying more with a 15% discount off my next order which was never going to happen. You do not get a second chance to make a good first impression. What they are doing is fraud and illegal practices. Also reporting to BBB and FtC. Do better or you won't have future customers.There is more to this transaction. This is the condensed version.

Delicious and delivered with care

I used to love the ceres organic cocoa fig bar, I would buy 10 at a time, but one batch fermented and the packaging blew up like a balloon. This happed several times. When I raised the issue with Ceres they would not accept responsibility or supply a replacement.

Came fast and it’s packed with lots of fun stuff to try from other countries ! My husband and I love it

These various treats are definitely delicious! I'm eating the ones without gluten and giving those that contain gluten to my mother-in-law for mother's Day, she will love them. Delivery perfect, packaging perfect. Great for gifting. Quality is high!
