Ordered an 8oz pack of Honey Powder - Freeze Dried. The package arrived wholly undamaged but the honey powder was solid as a rock. It had formed into a brick with no way to return the brick to powder status. Given that neither the outer shipping box nor the envelope the honey was packaged in were damaged, I must conclude that Selefina knowingly shipped the defective product. Be advised that Selefina has no "contact us" page. I could only identify their email info@ selefina.com from my invoice.
