I loved that I was able to do everything online but still talk to a person, if I wanted to.
I loved that I was able to do everything online. Ask questions, compare pricing, and still had the opportunity to call and speak to someone. I was emailed a copy of my contract and will get a paper copy in the mail. The reason this is only 4 stars instead of 5 is because the deductible that I was responsible out of pocket was not as easy to find as the rest of the information.

Hassle-free process
I spent days trying to find a warranty that I could purchase online without the hassle of talking to a agent that would pressure me into making a purchase. It was a very easy streamline process and hope to purchase again in the future.

The website provides all the details included in the coverage. I love that it takes out the middle man, so I can save some money. It required minimal effort to sign up.

The website is pretty straight forward…
The website is pretty straight forward and has good information within it. The signing up process was quick and easy. I feel good about my purchase, so far!

Overall the process was lengthy
Overall the process was lengthy, however I was pleased that I didn't have to pay for a transmission replacement. If you have a high mileage vehicle, i high recommend this warranty.
