Super easy transaction! When I originally submitted the initials, they were all capitalized so I suggested trying lowercase, and it was perfect! Loved it! In fact, love both of my necklaces! One necklace is with all of my family's initials, and the other is just my children's initials with their birthstones. When I ordered the necklace, I was only able to add one birthstone, but then added the second after purchasing -- overall, the experience was wildly easy, no pressure, and really beautiful personalized pieces of jewelry came of it. The chain is very thin and it took forever to get the necklace and pendant. Although the pendant is nice, definitely not worth what I paid.
