CharmooReviews of charmoo.com

Super pleased with my purchase. Prescription is perfect and shipping time wasn't too bad. The glasses were exactly what I ordered and arrived in good condition. Will definitely use Charmoo again

I ordered glasses and the lenses ended up being too small. The customer support was the best I’ve experienced with ANY company I’ve ever delt with. Their support team was quick, responsive and helpful when helping me exchange out the glasses for a size with larger frames. They even helped me double check the measurements and provided suggestions to alternative glasses that may fit a little better. The care, attention, patience and urgency in making sure I was happy was extremely refreshing and greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Highly recommend

Great company, and especially customer service! Responded within minutes the few times I wrote. And my new glasses are very stylish. Love this company!

I had a pair of glasses break and without any hassle at all, once I reached out to Charmoo, they quickly replied and sent me a new pair. Awesome experience! Thanks Charmoo for honoring your warrantee!!!

Great reaction from the Charmoo team on a defective product!

The glasses I purchased were not quite correct and the Charmoo team quickly answered my question and solved the issue! The team answered promptly and this is rare in today’s market. I will be ordering again from this company and I suggest anyone to do the same! This company is one in a million!!
