Customer service! The agent who helped me tonight, was on it! I definitely put their skills to the test. This agent was very professional, quite knowledgeable, patient, and needless to say, helpful. What also impressed me was the humility shown. Here's the response I got when I asked their name/reference code for the customer survey: "No need for a reference code — we’re the Charmoo team, and every reply comes with the help and support of the whole team. 💛 We’re just really happy we could assist you!"
