I have been with this company way longer than I would if we had alternative options sooner. I would give their mobile service 5 stars however the cable and internet are terrible. First had a nice package deal for 45 each per month then when that expired they say we have lowest package and it is 175 a month that may nor seem like slot to some depending on where you live but it is 5 less than double what I was paying and had buffering slot and internet went down a few times a week. This company borders great plans to get you in but nothing to keep customers that never miss a payment that seems wrong wouldn't you want to keep the ones that do pay?

Charter spectrum has unlimited HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime only on the silver package any able to stream the HBO Max app and also we can watch the spectrum TV app anywhere around your home and also has super blazing fast and furious Wi-Fi ever of 100 Mbps and a good upload speed of 20 mbps upload including indestructible signal & The heavy rain will fail to cut out the signal charter spectrum is way better than dish Network

With un-bearable prices for competetion, seems a little hard to be true. If it wasn't for the Federal Governments control of the company, it would be fair. I 'feal' as if Spectrum is the last chance for government tampering with media control. If you think a person in Canada gets the same information as someone from the USA. Then your living in a box.

Is an abuse. I canceled the service and spectrum is charging one more month for more that 60 dollars. Is frustrating to see how six hours of my hard work are been taking for a big company, is really sad to know that the costumer are at the mercy of the arbitrariness of this company that only takes advantage for its petty benefit. Awful Company, they raise the bill all the time. They don't care about their customers at all!

This company is a joke it is funny how bad they really are it is like the government there so out of touch with what is going on it got to be a joke a bad movie that is going to end right ?

Spectrum has the WORST customer service! Horrible, Rude, unhelpful people who hang up on you and don't even let you finish your question. One especially rude"supervisor" laughed at me and hung up on me!....uh what!? If I hung up one people when I worked in customer service i would have been Fired! Unbelievably Atrocious! Their site never works, you get locked out of your account and can't get ANY help. Try calling in and it's nothing but a robot menu impossible to get anywhere. Completely dissatisfied!

Spectrum is trying to collect an alleged debt from me for a piece of equipment which it is not clear I ever had. After subscribing to Spectrum's Internet services for several years, I cancelled and switched to Google Fiber in November of 2020. Although we returned the equipment we were using to Spectrum's office, Spectrum sent me a notice saying that I owed $56 for a second modem. I have no idea if I ever had a second modem from Spectrum, and I called them asking for verification that I had actually received this modem. After receiving no word back, I called a second time. This time around, I was able to get more information. It appeared that, according to Spectrum's records, the modem had been sent to my address at a date earlier than I had even moved there; and at that time there would have been no Spectrum Internet there in my name. I was told that the information was being passed to the relevant department in Spectrum. Again, I never heard back. About two months later (today), I received a phone call from a debt collection company asking to collect the $56 debt for this piece of equipment. Since calling Spectrum to address this issue (twice) has had no effect, I am now posting my complaint here.
