They will do ANYTHING to get you to switch-CAVEAT EMPTOR-don't do it! Once you do the lies become very apparent, their phones are all VOIP yet they say they are normal landlines-worse, if you get robocalls they refuse to assist-moreover they are facilitating these pirates, in this writer's opinion. It is, then again this writer's opinion as is this posting, that Spectrum is growing very rapidly, at the expense of all they overcharge for horrible customer service, and worse support-Choose anyone else you might avoid these mishaps that thousands are writing about-Hang In... The box simply died out-the cable box, and all of my wife's recordings died with it-this isn't supposed to happen, so a tech will arrive with a new one, they say today-but prior to that 3 different recorded phone calls asking for (not sure, but I hung up-and blocked my own phone company). They then called at 7:51 AM Sunday morning-no message, but woke the entire home-THIS IS ILLEGAL! There are certain hours a company can call-we are waiting until we have a choice before suing these behemoths-but, oh, this one I'm going to enjoy-I'm going in on my own-this is SO what's known as a prima facie case, I dont need counsel, I need to defeat these morons-the time waiting, just allows for a much better palybook...

I have been a customer almost 3 years of both home and mobile & am done with their worhtless customer service & disgraceful treatment given by each and every member who in the end would have no job without the customers they think nothing of sending elsewhere!

I was satisfied with the cable even though it’s not as reliable as satellite service. When I started to use a Firestick is when everything went downhill. The service took over 30 minutes to download and then the streaming is completely blurry and it pauses often. I pay for internet service 100 mb but through a separate web service it shows I only get 60 mb. I’m paying WAY too much for internet that I can’t use streaming services on. I have my blurry Firestick service on right now and I had to switch my phone to cellular service to access the internet.

This Business truly takes the cake, just a complete nest of liars and worthless staff from the B of B, CEO all the way to the cleaning crew. There Security Dept. is a No Security At All Dept. and completely refuses to work with any Cyber Law Enforcement as they are the crooks that will be caught! A full audit and DOJ investigation needs to be done by the FTC, FCC and the US Atty. Gen. along with all 50 State Atty. Gen's Offices. Their complete system must date back to the 80's and run on Win's. 3.1. Every time you open your .com web page it is nothing but a complete list of outages 24-7 because their equipment in the field is in total rot and decay and may be only held together with off brand Duck Tape at best. If I have one more lying Supervisor promise to expedite and return a call and it truly happens then Perdition has truly frozen over! I am a 15 year customer, only because they are it no choice, 11 years of "0" Star Service. If this is all that we can have as an IP provider in the US. Then I am ready to move to the Armpit of the Universe just to know one day what it would be like to have a real IP service!

My father passed away so I cancelled his Charter Spectrum internet account 12/17/20. I then received a bill for a full month for service from 12/18/20 to 01/17/21. I don't see how they can charge me for a month of service after I cancelled. I spoke with a Spectrum representative and their supervisor. Even though his house was vacant, and I had cancelled the prior day, they still say I owed for the next full month or they would send it to a collection agency. My father had full cable service with this company for over 40 years, NEVER late on a payment. And now they want to collect an extra month of service after his death. Beyond disgusting.

My experience with Spectrum has always been above average My connection is supurb and have never had any technical issues. I love there cable service

I have called Spectrum several times for assistance on technical issues and due to an increase in my bill. The experience has always been unpleasant. Their customer service representatives can't provide you a valid explanation and are very argumentative. As a paying customer, it is my right to be informed of a bill increase ($208.00 > $218.00 > $229.00). Furthermore, my internet service was extremely slow for months. I called technical support several times and was never informed the modem I had was no longer supported.

Spectrum charges you for the full month no matter when you quit. We had used it for 4 days and got charged for the month no pro-rating. Service is also horrible. Find another source
