Cheetah Learning is the 22-year global leader of Accelerated PMP Exam Prep. Cheetah students are guaranteed to pass the PMP exam after four days in Cheetah's Accelerated Exam Prep Program. Cheetah students take (and pass) the actual PMP exam the day after their class. Use the promocode PMPTrustpilot to get 5% off this program. The PMP is the Project Management Professional - the most widely recognized global PM credential by the Project Management Institute. While many call this program a "PMP Bootcamp" - it's more like outward bound for your brain - a transformational learning experience that dramatically increases students' confidence and capability in pursuing other more significant goals in life. It's for this reason, over 90% of registrations in the program are from referrals from past students. Cheetah PMP graduates can take a free follow on 60 hour course that helps meet the 60 PDU requirement needed to keep the PMP credential every three years. That course is called Cheetah Leadership and helps them create project teams that can also move cheetah fast with achieving their goals. Cheetah Leadership also helps Cheetah students master the skills to quickly gain promotions and new positions leveraging their accelerated learning capabilities.

Do the health was unable to attend paid course as originally planned and was told not a problem to reschedule by now a former employee. Some health conditions require longer recovery and was informed today I had been placed into a "parking lot" and time had expired, and I would have to pay once again. Be aware of their policy unfortunately I cannot speak to their actual training only their policy on timing of the training.
Response from Cheetah Learning· Sep 7, 2023
Marcus - we are required to enforce our policies uniformly and they are clearly stated regarding the generous time allowed to be in the "parking lot" when we accommodate a health challenge. I can't speak to what you heard from a former employee as there was nothing documenting your conversation in your record nor could we locate an email trail.

Does Not Prepare for PMP
Antiquated material with errors. Had I not augmented Cheetahs class I would not have passed the PMP exam
Response from Cheetah Learning· Jul 28, 2020
Congratulations on passing the PMP exam. Many Cheetah students who do our program as its designed have a vastly different experience so I am wondering the extent to which you followed the program since this comment is nothing like the standard Cheetah experience. If you have something specific to contribute besides the vague complaint - please contact us.

Hello Christina - I'm not sure if you may have missed the majority of the course. Nevertheless, we have a 100% learning guarantee, and since you do not feel you learned, we are refunding your course fee. Unfortunately, we only can allow the use of the credits for the course for people who have learned so since you did not learn anything, please do not claim the credits for this program. Thank you - Cheetah Learning

Terrible structure.
The course was misleading. What was covered was not on the exam.
Response from Cheetah Learning· Oct 28, 2019
Fascinating as we hear just the opposite from the many students who do pass the PMP exam after taking the course. What we find is that many people choose not to follow the program as it was designed then blame us for their results. I'm sorry you were not successful in your pursuit.

Misleading advertising
25% of the people in my class actually passed the test on the first try. While I was one of the lucky ones who passed, I feel strongly that it was due to prior experience with PMI testing, as that is what I found myself pulling from the most.
The Cheetah website boasts a 98% pass rate. The instructor will point out to you on day 1 that this rate only applies to the THIRD time you take the test. The first attempt's pass rate is closer to 60%. I felt that was incredibly misleading, though not terribly surprising.
They will continuously reveal new things that can void your refund "guarantee," in an obvious effort to produce a "gotcha" if you try to request the refund.
It also doesn't really take a week, they ask you to memorize a lot and read through the book twice before the class starts. During the class week, don't expect to have more than a couple hours per day available to do anything but attend class and study.
Save yourself some money and take a real course or buy one of the many available study aids, you'll be more successful with less effort.
*EDIT*: In response to Cheetah's reply: I have now included my name, and I did share my experience with you directly. You were snarky, I provided more detail, and then you never responded again. I'm not inclined to discuss there further, you had plenty of opportunities to discuss in a private forum.
Follow-up: First of all, accusing someone of libel for providing their honest opinion of your company's service is silly. I understand that you don't like the review, which is why you should have considered handling the initial private review that was provided, rather than constantly trying to imply that I am lying, or in this case committing a crime. That is ludicrous, and I have lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 as a result.
Second, I understand the need to provide limits on your guarantee. I agree that that is necessary! The problem I had was that the limits are difficult to identify. Taking your PMP is stressful enough, without having to worry that you might be missing something small that would void your guarantee. Especially when - whether valid or not - new limits that were not listed on the site were introduced later on.
I would have been perfectly willing to bump my rating up if I felt you cared, but from your behavior it seems clear to me that you do not. Rather than trying to attack the person who's providing you negative feedback, in the future I hope you will try to learn from them. For me, this has been too much time spent talking to folks who aren't listening, and I'm not going to respond further.

Terrible, overpriced program that will probably be sued sooner or later
Terrible, outdated, ineffective material and strategy. Virtual teacher was not knowledgeable, was defensive, did not answer questions, gave the false impression that he did not have the answers to practice exam questions right in front of him... he was basically useless. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW!!
