Dysfunctional "air conditioner"
This product is so bad that I even had a guilt complex about giving it to Goodwill. Marketing is highly effective. Performance? I have never in my seven decades of life bought a product that was worse. The customer rep phone cut off after one ring. Refund? Non-existent. Don't be an enabler of bad, bad business practices.

CHEAP
CHEAP! Not worth the money they charge. I can get better products off of temu and that's not saying much. I wouldn't waste my money. This site is basically a scam in my opinion.

customer service was excellent
customer service was excellent. would have been nice to be able to talk to a live person. overall the experience was good. would do it again.

Like a goober, I completely forgot to include the apartment # with my sons address for the delivery of his necklace. I reached out to the chillever team and they took care of me 100%, even though it was my fault. Thank you guys! What a great service! I look forward to using your company again. My original order was lost in transit…
My original order was lost in transit and this company sent a replacement right away. They also followed up to make sure that I received the package. The dog tags are nicer than pictured. Will order from this company again.

Love Hobbit sign, The Precious
While my initial order got lost over Christmas break, Chillever stayed in contact and remade a custom sign I had ordered for my mom’s new home. The product wa unique and of excellent quality. Would use again and recommend.
