There are a ton of bugs that make the user experience considerably worse than apps our community members are used to, like Facebook and LinkedIn. From the admin perspective, the spaces are not customizable enough. Circle is better than nothing, but it's no where near what I thought and hoped it would be.

I really love Circle.so, they do a LOT correct. There are still some gotchas, undocumented features, and things that need real improvement. Especially around their response time for support, and technically speaking - their workflow engine leaves a bit to be desired. From missing trigger options, to lack of actions available to automate. The only way around it today: spend money on Circle.AI (and it's not cheap). It is good though...

We are using Circle from Japan. JPY is not available for payment and Japanese is not on the language selections. I hope it will be available in the future!

Ottima app. Ma costosa. Per il prezzo richiesto auspico una migliore flessibilità nella gestione corsi, erogazione e più flessibilità negli spazi community. Ottima (per lo standard di mercato ma non è il massimo in assoluto. Buona)

The software is really good. But it's limited in what it can do, and costs more than it should. If you're coming from Discord, like I did, you will like the much more pleasant user interface, but you'll be aghast at the lack of granularity in all areas of admin control and user permissions. Yes, it's got Zapier automation hooks but when you get into it, you can't do a lot of things you want to. It's just highly highly limited, almost to the point of me wanting to not use it. When you throw in how much they charge when Discord offers so much more for free, and even more when you pay a very small monthly, it's discouraging. It's not like it's *expensive*, but anyone charging like $129/month in 2026 for a SaaS product should be giving you a lot more. What you get is more like a $49/month value, so every month it's a slap in the face for the privilege of using a nice product. I also very much disapprove of the way they automatically upgrade you into paid features without notice when you cross a threshold of scale. They'll say this is disclosed somewhere, but look, I don't just scan things and breeze on, I pay attention, and this wasn't obvious. That said, their customer service is great, their resources are awesome, their educational efforts are great. But that's kind of table stakes for this kind of company.

Amazing platform, terrible support: I love love love circle. It's a wonderful platform, but they still have not managed to increase their support. I've sent a ticket yesterday and no response a day later. Happened half a year ago and they already said they're working on it, and nothing. I don't understand why they do not understand that it's important to have great support. And why you're not doing anything about it. Why do you risk that you'll lose people just because you can't get your support together? No chat, no phone line, just email and no timely responses. Come on, that's really not that hard to fix!
