Very professional and friendly. Clear instructions and reassuring throughout the process. I hope I will be allowed to do it again the same way in 8 years when I have to renew my licenses again. Janet L. Myrtle Beach, SC

Maya was excellent leading through the eye exam. Expediency, peace of mind. Payments (vision & NY State lic. fee) processed. Driver license renewal received via e-mail. Pending hard copy (US Mail). Thanks again.

It was quick and easy. We were both early and got it done before the actual appointment time.

An appointment was #1) very easy to get, and #2) Very flexible reference to available appointment times. The person I dealt with on the other end was actually friendly and cheerful. The process was quick and easy. The only drawback I ran into was the fact that the instructions didn't tell me I was the one initiating the contact. I waited for a short period of time at my allotted time slot. When I didn't hear from them I read back through the instructions more closely and figured out that I was the one initiating the contact. After that, everything went smooth and efficient. So, all in all it turned out to be an amiable visit to the D.M.V. Who knew that was even possible ?
