Expedient Back up and Service Support by company
Have Had the Clever Get program for a few years. there have been only a few disruptions which were promptly fixed by the company; prior to me having to raise a complaint. The programs' continued ability to download files from numerous entities is amazing; but shows how this program is constantly monitored and updated as necessary. Just recently ran into a download problem with one of the Video providers. I submitted the problem to Support and was quickly provided, after their analysis with a file to replace that would allow a complete download. the new file once added worked like a charm ! Must, say you can't ask for a better program and company support that backs up its products. Got to give them a 10 out of 10 with the highest of recommendation !
