Some workflows require workarounds, especially when integrating with external tools like n8n or SQL databases. Setup also takes time if you want something really structured. Overall, it’s a solid tool for organizing and scaling processes, but to unlock real value you need to invest in structure, automation, and continuous adjustment

Overly complicated, very poor AI options, and terrible support. Warning - you need to give 30 days notice before your renewal otherwise you're stuck with your current plan.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used
