Had a server at cloudfanatic for 2 months and everything seemed to be fine but after paying my last invoice they closed my account and deleted all the data including the one on my server without further noticed. I didnt even get a reason nor any further contact was possible. They just dont answer at all if you try to contact them.

Paid for VPS Hosting with Azuracast $2.99. I paid twice (the payment came out of my bank) and the invoice remained in a “unpaid” status. I contacted support who closed my ticket and deleted the invoice. When I contacted support again querying this, my account got closed and I can no longer login. For a first time customer with a simple question this is highly unprofessional and makes me suspect it’s a scam. Unless they can prove otherwise. However I find it very fishy taking payment from someone twice, then when questioned deleted and close the account? Beware!

No voy a decir que es una de las mejores porque sería mentir, la verdad es que está es la única y mejor página de sistema de nubes, calidad, estabilidad, económica y con una excelente gana de precios adaptables al alcance de los usuarios. Espero en Dios y siga siempre así!

If I could give zero star I would. They've suspended my VPS without any notice. I opened up a ticket after 24 hours they reactivated. After a week they suspended my VPS again. I asked to activate it or send me my data no response whatsoever. If you want to test your project use their service. I DO NOT recommend cloudfantic even to my enemy.

Great Service, Amazing Price. I use Cloudfanatic in a nonprofit organization I work with and for personal learning projects. Always recommend them to my colleagues.
