During a time when I needed fax capabilities at home, research showed this to be a great app. It was easy to set up, worked every time and was inexpensive enough to keep in place long after I needed it.

My overall experience was astounding!! I lost my debit card and had to have it replaced. Well, I forgot to update the information on Toucan. I saw an email stating that my account was canceled. In a couple emails, Jeanine N. from the support team saved my account!! Thank you so much for your help! Loyal customer over here!!!

It is very easy to use. I really liked it when I did use it. Unfortunately, I don't use it enough and canceled my subscription. However, I have made note of the name of it so that I can go back to it in the future if I need to be sending a bunch of faxes.
