Clutch seems to be a reliable place to review businesses. I noticed reasonable numbers of views, and website visits each month despite having little in my profile with them. However, it's a little difficult to invite your clients to review your company on their site. Too many steps and most of the time they fail to approve the review from your clients.

I came across clutch a few weeks back and it has been a pain to use the platform. I have yet to come across such a poorly designed platform being used to review other web development companies. Clutch should first fix their website which is fully bugs, totally user-unfriendly and pain to use. I wonder why companies and people are still using this crappy platform. Will never use it again.
