Subscribed just to find out that the website is full of bugs, 100% of profiles are empty, and only connection requests I receive are from bots. Requested to cancel (there is no automatic cancellation), was contacted by their CEO, who offered a lifetime free subscription in exchange for the bugs report, which I sent over. I haven't checked my statement in a while, but when I did, I found out they are still charging me. Going to dispute/chargeback whatever possible.

They will not allow you cancel your free "trial period". There are many bots on the site from what I can see. Total scam. Avoid like the plague!

They don’t allow you to cancel your subscription after the ‘free trial’. Instead, they block you from being able to log back in. And they don’t reply to your emails. Then they take payment off your card. I had to call my bank to block them.

This website is a total scam. It doesn’t work properly, constantly crashes, and the login stopped working after the second day. Stay away and do not enter your credit card details as there are no way to contact the site to cancel before your "free" trial expires. Had to put a stop payment on my credit card!

Agree with all the other negative reviews, especially the inability to cancel. Only realised the scam after 6 months of payments have gone out. Better late than never as it is over £125 down the drain. As a non US customer, not aware of any cost-effective means of trying to get the money back. Am realistic that I probably need to say bye to the money already paid over (but if I do get a refund I will update this review).

Still a scam in 2025, no way to contact the site to cancel before your "free" trial expires. Had to put a stop payment on my credit card and dispute the membership fees.

Pure Fraud, don't sing up once you sign up for a trial, you can't cancel anymore, as there is no way to contact them also no helpful contacts, most profiles are old and inactive
