Hello SAM, Thank you for contacting us. We noticed that within 18 minutes you submitted a ticket, left a 1-star rating, and posted a negative review. We fully understand your frustration when proxies are not working properly. However, please allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond. Our support team operates 24/7, but as a human team, we kindly ask for at least a few hours to properly review and resolve any issue. I have checked your account and can confirm that some of the assigned proxies were not functioning correctly. I am fixing this immediately. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As a goodwill gesture, we will also provide you with a promo code for one extra day free of charge. Please note that our system is automated, and although issues are extremely rare, occasional bugs can occur. This is the first time we have deployed non-working proxies in this manner, and we take this very seriously. As stated in our policy, we refund any non-working proxies without hesitation. You do not need to worry about that. Regarding the invoice amount, the difference you mentioned relates to PayPal processing fees. This is clearly indicated on the invoice you received: http://prntscr.com/u5qezv Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively resolving your issue now and will update you shortly. Fast support and good product. 10/10
Site offered a cheap trial for me to use and it was legit! Bought a 30 days package and there was an issue after about a week and the owner contacted me and tried to troubleshoot but couldn't so he just gave me a brand new customized package and works fine now! Honest 100% cool owner.
Response from ColdProxy· Feb 16, 2026

Your trust means a lot to us, and we’re always here if you need anything in the future. ColdProxy Team
