Fast and very helpful service

Very knowledgeable staff, great prices. Problem with FedEx didn't call to set up delivery, I had to track down my pallet and set up delivery myself.

4 outta 5 only because I had to order linesets separately and guess what size.

I would rate them higher but the difficulty in reaching someone and then getting final answers took almost two weeks. Yes, I was finally able to fulfill my order for a replacement unit but the process should have been much easier and more efficient.

We purchased a Boreal 18,000 BTU unit from ComfortUp to cool our 500 sqft. bonus room in the attic. So far we are extremely happy! I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house the following Friday. Our HVAC contractor said it was one of the easiest systems he has ever installed. The unit works great!!! I would purchase another system from ComfortUp if we ever have another need.
