You guys went out of your way to expedite my order

I have only ordered one holster from them and received it without issue, the quality and fit was good. However, this time I placed an order on 22 November and after not receiving it by 10 January, I called to cancel the order via phone and after being told the order would be cancelled and the money credited back to my account within 2-3 days, it still hasn't happened. You can keep the holster but not my money!

I like the holster, but one of the screws on the belt loop was a lot longer than the other three.

Outstanding product. Works perfectly every time, holds up well.

Won't purchase again, since you moved plant your wait times are outrageous. It took almost 3 months to get my order plus when they arrived the leather material is nothing like the older comptacs I've been using, nor is the plastic. Not sure what you need to do to get your product back up to the way it was. But I think there are some efforts to be made.

Taking way too long. Understands can't control USPS but jeez. Hope the holster is worth the delays.

Well the order was submitted on 10/1 and I received the order on 12/27. I was not notified or status unless I sent an email asking for it. I get the timing was not great with the new move to Georgia and I provided grace but would have loved for you guys to get ahead of it and been proactive on notifying me of delays. That said the holster is really great.
