CompuFACTReviews of compufact.com

We have worked with CompuFACT for several years for background checks for prospective employees. They are friendly and professional and have quick turnaround time. We highly recommend Joe and his team at CompuFACT.

I wanted a background verification company that was NOT a 1 size fits all background check with a HUGE price tag. I was looking for a reliable, customizable service which offered ease of use, quick turnaround time and had a customer service department if we had questions or issues. We have that and more with CompuFACT. No only do we have custom packages to fit multiple types of backgrounds we need to do for a variety of positions requiring different information, but the cost is extremely affordable and the data is highly reliable. The support system is great, the knowledge in the company on the law and their product offerings is exceptional and very helpful, when this is not my expertise. The account manager we have is highly responsive and friendly and the main customer service department is also highly responsive and friendly. I have nothing but great experiences with CompuFACT and appreciate that as our needs change in this area, they are very helpful and educational on giving us options that fit our needs.

In our over 10 year relationship with Compufact, they have been responsive, proactive and extremely professional in providing cost effective solutions to our background verification needs. Their website is easy to use and the processes is very user friendly.

CompuFACT has helped our company immensely as we needed to run a lot of background checks at once. Any issue that came up, they were right there with an answer and a solution. Joe, Brent, and Wendy are awesome, and we can rest easy knowing that the reports we receive are factual and correct!

CompuFACT has been a client of mine for a few years now. As a vendor, I choose to only work with clients who demand a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to the laws and regulations that we must follow in this industry. CompuFACT meets those requirements and more. SAS Data Retrieval is pleased to call CompuACT our client and would highly recommend them to other vendors, and especially to those in need of an honorable and trustworthy CRA.

Excellent interface and easy to use the software. Service and support team is excellent.

CompuFact has always been professional when engaging with customers and is prompt at addressing inquires.

Joe Degenhardt and his staff @ Compufact have always provided excellent customer service.
