DO NOT ORDER!!! This company does NOT even deserve ONE STAR!!! POOR quality! NOT as advertised. NONE of their contact numbers lead anywhere! So it's impossible to return. They have stolen my money.

Be careful. This is a China based company who adds extra dollars beyond what you have authorized. I do-not recommend doing with them. Somewhat of a sham.

WTF. ...

SCAM Hong Kong company. I authorized a charge of $68.68 but they added $13.74 >after< and never gave me the choice. In barely half an hour I attempted to cancel the order but no response. No help from PayPal, which protects sellers, not buyers/consumers.

I ordered a long sleeve T-shirt on 11/11/2024. I received emails to track my order. I didn’t receive any tracking emails after 12/07/2024, so I emailed Conclusioy for an update. I received this response: “Thanks for reaching out to us. We are so sorry for this case. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. What’s more, this parcel will not returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not received the parcel neither. In this case, we have the solution for you: We can resend to you but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the shipping fee. Thanks for your understanding! “ I have requested a full refund as the loss of my order is their responsibility. I’m not sending any additional funds as this seems to be a scam. Buyer be ware!

Unfortunately this sweatshirt was a big disappointment. The quality of the product is subpar. It says a blend but the pictures make it look softer and and cozier than it is. The sweatshirt looks and feels like a plastic bottle. It's very rigid and has a sheen on the outside. It was also sewn crookedly on the right side and doesn’t fall straight. Very deceiving about product quality.
