Yes its good it's refund my payment but it charges 20$ for services charges.

Funds stuck due to lack of opBNB support (Ticket #27666)
"I recently sent a payment via the opBNB network (Layer 2) to my Confirmo deposit address. Since opBNB is EVM-compatible, it shares the same address and private key as the BSC network. I contacted support to request a manual recovery. I escalated this to the Head of Support, who was professional and responsive, but informed me that their 'internal custody architecture' is currently too rigid to allow cross-chain recovery, even though the funds are securely at their address. Warning to others: Do not make a mistake with networks here. Unlike other modern exchanges that can perform manual recovery for a fee, Confirmo's system is currently unable to do so. To Confirmo: My funds are still at your address. I hope you add opBNB support in the future so I can finally access my deposit."

Its ok but was better
Service was perfect before, but now its horrible i made a payment nothing happened asked for my info i did and for no reason they said refund 8 hours broo Edited : They did refund after 12 hours after i contacted support.

No Replies to emails about a payment they have lost
I'm updating this review from 1* to 3* as I eventually received my funds back from Confirmo after about 10 days. Previous to that there was no response to emails and it was only after posting a review here that I got a response and my refund was actioned
