I made a mistake depositing via ETH when it should have been done via Polygon. They resolved my problem, albeit with a 20% fee. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the delay, but other than that, they solved my problem.

So after two email exchanges worth what I can assume can only be a generic AI assistant. I finally got to a human customer support agent which was very helpful to my problem and could resolve it within one email. So thank you for the great guidance and help with my issue. I can only advise to use confirmo. The payment process itself were easy to follow and quick to finish.
