ConnectionReviews of connection.com

Grant Legg and Anthony McHugh have always gone out of their way to ensure my nonprofit organization is taken care of and find the best value for any service or product we need. We would likely still be purchasing laptops from Walmart if the sales team at Connection hadn't helped us find the right laptop at the right price point for a large (for my org) refresh.

Great price. I appreciated receiving an email notification of product promotions, making the item affordable to purchase.

Ordered laptop and called customer service to cancel the order within 8 hours and customer service told 15% restocking fees applied while returning bc which is non sense. Even though not received nor opened still they will charge restocking fees for 15%. I would advise and recommend no one should buy any item from them. Customer service is rude and attitude. Order number is order # 62550365

Easy to order and delivery times are swift

The product was shipped very quick.

I wanted to order online and I asked about tax exemptions, apparently you dont ship to PO BOXs according to your service line dragon lady that was very biased due to my nationality. while she started questioning me and saying "I feel like judge Judy" while she didnt want me to process the purchase cause it was not going to work for me. I dont see how this is not specified on your website's terms, & conditions, or legal notices section. Also dont claim global procurement I have been ordering supplies from the US for years and this woman gave me the worst experience ever.

as always - Curtis does an amazing job helping us with our needs

Free shipping and quick delivery. The registration process was easy and quick too.
