Great place to buy glasses. Good price, shipped fast and I would totally recommend. I plan on buying a few more pairs of glasses from them. 4.8/5 stars. The only small issue I had was that when I got prescription lenses through them. I wish they would have removed the hair thin plastic burrs from when they were cut. But nothing major aside from that. They have themselves a returning customer and I've already recommended a few other people to their site.

I of course love the style of the glasses (they were replacing same style I had before, just in another colour), but the blue frames I chose seems more iridescent blue than a solid blue like online photo. Also, maybe it was my goof-up but I wasn't expecting the bifocals to have the distinct, visible line on the lower half. It's actually not a line, but a raised rectangular-looking area inserted on/in the lenses for reading. I wasn't expecting that. I thought they would be invisible as all my other glasses I've had have been (combined lenses for distance/reading). I do like them still, but it's been difficult adjusting to the visible demarcation line when when wearing them as the visual difference is so pronounced if I moved my head even a little bit up/down - a blurry transition that I'm not sure I'll get use to (or want to). My first time ordering from Cool Frames and I heard such good things about them and referrals, but this pair of glasses isn't quite what I was hoping for.

The glasses I ordered were delivered very quickly and without any problems. They fit extremely well and have already gotten many compliments. The eyeglass case and the cleaning fluid were a great addition. I will certainly use Cool Frames again. Thanks for your great service and competitive pricing.
