Received glasses with the wrong prescription the first time. Okay, mistakes happen. Sent them back with a paper copy of my prescription just to be sure they get it right the second time. NOPE. Came back 3 weeks later with an even worse prescription. Gave me double vision. Trying to get someone from support with half a brain or grasp of the English language is impossible. Worst online buying experience I have had in years. AVOID!
