I was looking to replace this same frame. I love this frame and couldn't get it anymore from the original place I purchased from a few years ago. I've looked and looked for something similar and was thrilled when I found it on your website! Service was quick and ordering was easy. Thank you!

I just got my glasses in and they took a while to actually ship. The glasses I got do not have the crystals that should be on the top and on the side of the glasses and they're not like the picture. I did purchase the same ones a few years ago locally and they should be exactly the same. I'm not very happy with them for the amount of money that I spent and not sure what to do about it. The prescription is accurate though.

I ordered shades with rushed delivery back in July 22. The shades were on back order and the site didn’t advise. I got the shades from elsewhere then got the run around on a refund for an order I never received. After several months back & forth I confirmed to ship the shades in a different color and after emails regarding shipping confirmation the shades shipped in a different color. Horrible experience purchasing from Cool Frames.

The item I ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When I placed my order it was not made clear to me that that was the fact. After a few unsuccessful calls to customer service I believe it was a scam and was ready to contest the cc charge. I was finally informed of the delay but with no info on when my order would arrive. 2 weeks later I received my order. Had I been continuously informed of the status of my order this could have been a 5 start review. Your CSR's and processes suck.
