Coolframes.com sells frames that are not in stock and are on back order for months. Why? What a frustration.

Prescription filled and fit to perfection

Cartier frames are perfect and got them for a good price. My local Cartier authorized dealer charges $300 more and then cool frames price. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

I waited several weeks for my order and when it was finally shipped it was signed by a person who I do not know and now I have to wait until Coolframes disputes it with the USPS before a new pair is shipped. When ordering items of this nature they should be shipped using UPS or some other carrier that will make sure they are delivered to the correct address.

When I called to make sure I would have my frames in time for my appointment they assured me that I would have them and that to pay the extra fee for 2 day shipping just to be on the safe side I paid the fee and my glasses did not show up on time and I had to make a extra trip out of town to my eye doctor because of this.

Easy to order, carried the frames I had been looking for. Speedy delivery.

The glasses were exactly as advertised. I'm replacing a pair of the same frames, and these frames are great.
