Unprofessional, unresponsive and dismissive. Didn't call my name. Didn't explain how to place an order. Only gave very vague instructions "Thank you for contacting us. We can send you an invoice to place your order." and when i asked how exactly does that work, I got ghosted. LOL. Can't imagine doing business with this kind of behavior.

Easy to order and affordable. Only downside is that the color frame I ordered was not in stock as the website showed. But I got a call right away offering other colors or a refund. The other color worked out great. Shipping was fast!

Buying from coolframes was a great experience. They had the revolution model (with magnetic sunglass attachment that I've grown to be a big fan of).. and helped with the discounts from eyeMed as well. Support answered my questions - although not always promptly / their site allows for tracking of the order etc. I'd recommend / use them again.

Ordered glasses in Dec of 2022. Had to call multiple times to see why I hadn't received them. Was told more than once glasses would arrive in 2 days. After a month they never arrived. Called again for refund. Now they claimed they were in & could get them to me in 2 today's. Not even for a discounted price for the inconvenience. It was too late. I just wanted my refund. Tired of the runaround! I don't believe they had them. They were probably stalling for more time.

They didn't give me an option for shipping. LA is having issues with theft with USPS. I haven't received my glasses even though they were "signed for". The signature it's from an N COD. I have filed a report with USPS. Cool frames says they can't replace my glasses for at least 20 days. So I have no glasses to review.
