Excellent 5 stars experience from start to finish!! Spoke with Genesis (not sure spelling) in Brooklyn office and they found a pair (out of stock on website) and sent it within the hour!! Great company to do business with! Previously I had ordered my glasses from my Dr. but they never held up, they were always coming loose and sometimes the coatings peeled off! Just poor lab quality. I have never had these problems with Cool Frames. High quality all the way! I recently received a new pair of glasses and quickly realized I had entered the Rx incorrectly. One phone call and Cool Frames took care of it, no questions asked! This was my third order with them and I will go no where else.

Most of my experience was good but the US Postal Service is used as the shipping company. They are totally incompetent. It took an extra week to receive my replacement frames because they were unable to deliver to my residence. Who needs to see for a week, amiright?
