Decided to ignore the negative reviews, actually had 0 problems with my order (being expensive Cartier frames)

Not only did you save me a lot of money with my beautiful Lafont frames but you kept me updated every step of the way! The customer service and quality of my lenses is 100% . I have told a lot of my friends about CoolFrames and I will only buy from you from now on. Thank you !

The lenses are distorted /causing tunnel vision.

Customer service was extremely helpful. I had inadvertently purchased the correct frame but the wrong color. I emailed the company immediately (it was purchased on Sunday, and they were closed), however, Monday morning I received a response along with a statement showing that the original frame was purchased on Sunday and the revision was made on Monday. Thank you so much for giving me the comfort feeling especially when purchasing on-line. I will surely be back to purchase...(I have already recommended two of my co-workers). In addition, the glasses were shipped 1/11 and I believe I received it on 1/13. Amazing service!

I have a petite face. You had petite size,I didn’t have to look long for them. Great prices too.

Ordering frames was easy! Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication of when the frames were going to be shipped out. I paid extra to have it shipped faster. They were able to refund me the extra shipping which was fantastic. You should have estimated shipping tied to the frames when it he consumer I selecting them. I think the company does well by accommodating, the consumer with different options for frames. Just need to do a better job with communicating when the actual frames will be shipped out.
