My existing frame (of about 5 years) broke a temple bar while visiting out of state. A quick online search showed Cool Frames had the exact frame/size of my old frame/lenses. In about a week they arrived as promised. After an easy lens change over, I'm good to go again. Nice experience, so I ordered a second frame as a spare.

Exact frames I was looking for. I was able to order them without lenses. Very reasonably priced. Got them in less than a week. Very helpful for kids frames getting broken

Ordered a pair of frames with defective temples. Wanted to order a different set of temples, and got talked into some sort of warranty replacement, which for some reason I had to pay for. Received a package today that contained a complete pair of the wrong style and wrong size frames. This has been going on for months now, and I still do not have a proper pair of glasses.

We had looked everywhere for these exact frames and couldn't find them under $100.00. Cool Frames was very easy to match the lens on their website. I was able to install the lens myself very easy to do. Cool Frames also include a very nice case for the frames to be kept in. Price was great. Thank you!
