Good service. A little bit of information between the buy and the product delivery would be great. I needed to call and ask about my order pasted 3 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping took forever and showed up…
Shipping took forever and showed up after 12 business days. That would've been ok if the glasses didnt show up damaged and with no paperwork other than a receipt of what was paid. No warranty paperwork, and no return information. Poor choice using coolframes, wont be using again

My Cool Frames were less then half price then the same ones at the eye doctor's office.
