I LOVE my new frames!! I’d seen them in a boutique vision store for greater than twice the cost charged by Cool Frames. Two different lab techs who filled the lenses asked where I purchased the frames! I appreciated the emails from Cool Frames tracking my order and the timeliness of their arrival. Well done!!

I’ve used this company twice. The unfortunate part is that I tend to lose glasses a lot since I’m not used to wearing them yet. The good news is that I found a company that makes ordering online very easy and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Not only did they deliver a quality product, but coolframes still had my information in their system literally years after my first purchase which made the process easier. I'm actually going to purchase another set of frames in a few weeks. The service rep I spoke to was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
