I really enjoyed viewing my personality type and seeing how best I could communicate with my team members. I am also aware this this test does not take away from the human experience of real communication. You cannot just take this test and say that you know the person with a personality style.

Good afternoon! Often our Team Dimensions profile is used by organizations as a class requirement or in a team building event. It’s most effective when you can discuss how you fall within a group and what your style contributes to your team, but that doesn’t mean an individual cannot benefit from the results of your assessment. Were you expecting something different? Can you help us understand what you were expecting so we might be able to present a better experience next time? Was your access code delivered quickly?
