Hi, Thank you for taking the time out to write feedback on our products. We're so sorry to hear that the Thriftkit you ordered was underwhelming and we never want anyone to be unsatisfied with the product. We have reached out to you personally to see if there is anything we can do. Our Thriftkit is our starter product and our line of 16 corporate kits changes up the line of items. This means it is made simpler to be a product at a more reasonable cost for purchasers. We always strive to make sure our customers get exactly what they're looking for and that includes the best price for them. We would really love to help you find a product from our line that would better fit you and would make you feel you received the value you indeed deserve as a customer. Please call our customer service and they can walk you through all the products and one that would fit you best. I'm very sorry for your dissatisfaction, but thank you for taking the time out to write a review. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies
