No reply during the entire process, none whatsoever
Place an order on 1/2/2023 and cancelled on 1/5/2023. No reply during the entire process, my order was always on hold. My first attempt at contact went an answered, waited for a day or two and checked in once again. After several attempts at contacting customer service, to no avail, I decided to cancel my purchase and this survey has been the most communication I've had your company. Hi Patience, sorry for this experience. We reviewed with our sales dept and they had some discrepancies on address and no phone # was attached. They attempted email but no response. Sorry for the communication problem. We will cancel your order as requested. Thanks you for the feedback. Dan D
