Unfortunately I've never received my order due to it being stolen because the delivery personnel lieutenant on the sidewalk volume. Also since I wasn't able to get an immediate replacement due to them being out of stock and not knowing when it would be back in stock. I would say next time please make sure the delivery service do you use does not do things like this. Also do not allow them to sign for a package themselves very unusual and not okay.

I had ordered some locks 12/9/2020, it didn't hit my credit card until 9 business days later. Which put it in January's statement. It was a last minute purchase due to left over funds, now it has put up into the neg. Kathy B.
