One thing that has always been…
One thing that has always been difficult is being in the middle of a project and realizing you’re going to be short of materials. I’ve always been impressed with how quickly you get even small orders to me and it’s much appreciated!

Nice new digs!
I’m not super local but have been to this shop several times. I happened to be nearby and went to check out the new location - very nice! I really like how things were arranged, very thoughtful. Of course, the yarn was exquisite and I found something (well, two somethings) I really liked. Staff were very friendly, not pushy.
