I ordered a gift card for my daughter…
I ordered a gift card for my daughter but didn't realize that there was no place to enter my daughter's name & email address, so it wound up being delivered in my name. Frustrating to say the least.i spoke to Whitney about the problem but never heard back from her.

When CRE was unexpectedly out of stock…
When CRE was unexpectedly out of stock of the yarn I’d ordered online, I got a direct email from Ellen to guide me through choosing a different color for my project. She was right! The new yarn arrived quickly and I love the replacement color. Great service and Crazy For Ewe is now my go-to online yarn store.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had trouble finding specific yarn needed for a MKAL. Crazyforewe.com had it! They shipped it to me super fast so I would have it in time for the start of the MKAL. Also, the owner sent me a personal email as I was a first time buyer with them. Everything about this business exceeded my expectations. I will definitely do business with them again.
