The owner, Ellen Lewis, and all of the staff at Crazy for Ewe are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I often ask for advice about patterns and what yarns would work best for the project. They have been spot on every time. The welcome customers into the shop, but also provide help on the phone or through email. I have often ordered yarn through their website. May order is prepared and shipped very quickly. I am lucky to have a local yarn store of this caliber nearby.

Honestly, I looked at the yarn, hated it, and asked for an RMA. The next day Ellen took care of it. I will definitely be returning to their website! She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Joan Mangels

Great shop, great personal attention and response. I've only visited this shop once when visiting relatives who live nearby. It's a gorgeous shop, but I live on the west coast. Every time I order, I receive my order within a two to three days. When I've talked or emailed with problems, those great problem solvers there take care of me. Can't speak highly enough of Crazy for Ewe and the owner Ellen and her staff.

I wanted more of the yarn I had bought from the sales area there and they found 4 skeins for me!
