It's nice but it's really small for for 150 dollars. I thought it be a little bigger. It was for all my kids for Xmas. We lost thier dad in August. But its okay. The kids still loved it so I'm happy. :)

It’s done well and arrived in great condition! She loves it. However, I used a different site for my other daughters due to font choice and for the same price hers has a remote and dimming/flashing option. This one you need to unplug to turn off which is annoying bc the outlet is behind the desk.

The neon sign was great when it first arrived, but in about a month the purple color faded to white. I have ordered two previously and this has never happened before. All three of my neon signs were in the same room for months and this one was the only one to fade in color intensity.

The sign itself is great - sturdy and well packaged. However, I was not aware that the cord was going to include 2 large electrical boxes with exposed electrical wiring. I don't know if all of them include this, or if it was because I selected the RGB color changing option. Fortunately I had a location that I could store the large boxes out of the way, but they are definitely an eyesore and were unexpected.

Dear Beth, as neon led sign is an electrical equipment, therefore requires power to run. To provide the sign with appropriate power a power supply is required, as the sign doesn't need a standard power supply, we need a circuit in between to control the power input and that's the major roll of the power supply. We will try to find some attractive looking supply, but can't be sure of getting one. Thanks for your feedback.
